    4. For each domain, name a single owner. Owner means: notices it, decides about it, handles it. End to end.
    5. Agree the non-owner is genuinely off duty for that domain. No surprise audits.
    6. Re-check in 30 days. Adjust. This is a living agreement, not a contract.
